Operating on a fee-for-service basis, Toronto Acquired Brain Injury Rehab Specialists (TABIRS) provide life-changing services to those living with an acquired brain injury. Handling the most complicated and catastrophic brain injury cases in Ontario, TABIRS works solely in collaboration with Community Head Injury Resource Services of Toronto (CHIRS).
TABIRS came to Lime Advertising to build a strong digital presence throughout Ontario. The main objective was for the organization to grow by building provincial brand awareness and generating more leads.
At the start, there was no TABIRS website. Instead, there was only hard copy collateral distributed at trade shows, plus the separate CHIRS website.
After initial discovery sessions, it was clear that TABIRS wanted a comprehensive website to not only showcase their neuropsychologists’ expertise and competencies, but a platform that spoke directly to family members, hospital discharge planners, insurance companies, and personal injury lawyers. TABIRS needed a sharp, professional, and caring online presence, and offline stationery and trade show collateral to match.
Lime combined branding, strategy development, organic social media strategy, and website development in a multi-faceted approach. Providing strategic consultation to the TABIRS team on a regular basis, Lime was effectively their marketing channel.
We designed a comprehensive website with highly relevant content, targeted specifically at family members, hospital discharge planners, insurance companies, and personal injury lawyers. With acquired brain injury being a highly sensitive subject area, the website tone and voice was upbeat, inspirational, and hopeful on purpose. This helped with communicating TABIRS’ mantra that there’s always life after ABI! Besides the new website, we also created new trade show collateral, aligning such materials with brand standards.
