Since 2001, Morgan Williams International Inc. has been committed to importing the most recognizable specialty foods and grocery brands into Canada. Selling rare and sought-after overseas food to major chain stores, convenience stores and foodservice companies, consumers can find comfort in their ancestral dishes or explore cooking with different cuisines. Morgan-Williams regularly imports products from Brazil, the Netherlands, and the UK.
Morgan-Williams came to Lime Advertising to modernize their online presence and increase their revenue. The company already had solid brand awareness, but their mission was to make their shopping experience even more convenient. To achieve this, Lime Advertising built a new all-encompassing e-commerce website, offering customers a reliable way to order the specialty food they need in just a few clicks.
Replacing an older Morgan-Williams website, without the ability to purchase online, Lime created a new e-commerce website to drive new modern-day business. Not only showcasing the company’s proud history of specialty food imports, the new e-commerce website allows customers to purchase thousands of products via Visa, Mastercard or Interac e-Transfer through a 100% secure payment page. This has resulted in a significant increase in the number of items being placed in shopping baskets online.
The new e-commerce site was launched in January 2022. Since then, we’ve seen a number of impressive performances. The data below compares the third quarter of 2022 to the second quarter of 2022.
